Shipping policy
In-store pickup only
We don't ship. All online orders are prepared for free pickup at Squarrel Café, 572 Atlantic Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11217.
How pickup works
- Place your order online — you'll get a confirmation email.
- Orders are ready for pickup the same day during opening hours, or the next open day for orders placed after close.
- Show your order confirmation (on your phone is fine) at the counter.
Pickup hours
- Mon–Tue: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Wed: 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM
- Thu–Sun: 9:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Holding period
We hold orders for 14 days. After that, the order is cancelled and refunded to your original payment method.
