Refund policy

We want you to love what you take home from Squarrel Café. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Returns & refunds

• Board games, dice, and merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to the original payment method.
• Items must be unopened and in original condition (shrink wrap intact for games).
• Bring your order confirmation email or receipt to the café, or contact us at info@squarrelcafe.com.

Defective or damaged items

If a game has missing or damaged components, let us know within 30 days and we'll exchange it or refund you in full — opened or not.

Not refundable

• Food and drinks
• Gift cards
• Opened games and dice (unless defective)

Uncollected orders

Online orders not picked up within 14 days will be cancelled and refunded.
